PostNL may take 1-2 days to deliver your parcel in The Netherlands.

For other European countries the standard shipping cost for a parcel is €7,80 with Track & Trace.

Returns

You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Follow the next steps if you would like to make an exchange or return.

1. Inform us about your return / exchange via info@deb.today
2. ​Make sure that the jewelry is unworn and properly packed in the original DEB.TODAY box. You can send it back in the original transport packaging or different sturdy packaging. Please add your order number with your name to the package.
3. Send the package back to:

4. After receiving your return / exchange you’ll receive a confirmation within 1-2 working days via e-mail.

Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 3 days after your return has arrived.
